Using the site

Articles, recordings and other content on this site are for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Content is shared for general education and is not a substitute for professional, medical or scholarly advice on your particular situation.

Buying a webinar

  • When you buy a webinar, you get lifetime access to that recording for your own personal use, through the account linked to the email address you paid with.
  • Please do not share your login, download or record the videos, or share access with others.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Depending on where you are, Stripe may show the price in your local currency at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

Webinars are digital content that you can watch as soon as you have paid. When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel.

We still offer a refund if you change your mind within 12 hours of buying. Email info@muslimfamilyhub.org from the address you paid with, within 12 hours of your purchase, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. Your access to that webinar ends when the refund is made. After 12 hours, sales are final.

This does not affect your legal rights. If a recording does not play or is not as described, email us at any time and we will fix the problem or put it right.

Access

We may withdraw access if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if access is shared or misused. We aim to keep the webinars available, but may need to take the site offline for maintenance from time to time.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
